At Fast Sports, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. Please review our return policy below.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:
Items must be returned within 15days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Footwear must be returned in the original box.
Items marked as final sale, gift cards, and personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
For hygiene reasons, undergarments and socks are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
Contact our customer support team at info@thefastsport.comwith your order number and reason for return.
We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Pack the items securely in their original packaging and send them back using a trackable shipping method.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and process your refund or exchange within 15business days.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Depending on your bank, it may take15 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exchanges:
If you need a different size or color, we will ship the replacement item once we receive your return.
If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 15 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid shipping label and send a replacement at no additional cost.
Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (defective, damaged, or incorrect item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
